Enrollments are taken by a walk-in, first come, first served basis.
Please plan to allow for ample time for registration (2 hours minimum). We appreciate your patience during this process.
In order to register, you must have the following:
Parent, foster parent, or guardian with picture id accompanying the student unless the student is emancipated (Foster parent must show proof of student placement by the official agency)

To expedite the registration process, the following items are recommended:
***If the residence is in the name of a party other than the parent/guardian, he/she must be present for registration as well as the parent/guardian. (Please ask for the statement of legal residence form that must be signed by both parties and notarized.)***
Grade placement: Based upon number of credits at the beginning of the current school year. Students placed in 10th grade must have earned 5 credits including 1 credit in Literature, Math and Science. Students placed in 11th grade must have earned 10 credits including 2 credits in Literature, Math, and Science. Students placed in 12th grade must have earned 16 credits and be on track for graduation.

- Two documents showing proof of residence
- (Examples of documents: home ownership title, current lease or rental agreement, current monthly utility statement, current Georgia driver's license or Georgia ID card, current bank or other financial institution documentation, Cobb County property tax statement, voter registration documentation for Cobb County, or current motor vehicle registration)
- Proof of adequate immunization on Georgia Form 3231 (Can be obtained from the Health Department or private physician)
- Georgia Form 3300, Certificate of Ear, Eye and Dental Examinations
- Proof of promotion to ninth grade if you are a first time ninth grader
- Student birth certificate
- County Registration Forms: JCB-5 (Attached below)
